Job Title: Night Receptionist

As a Night Receptionist at AccorHotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Ensure all guests are attended to promptly and efficiently, providing a professional and courteous service.
  • Communication: Liaise closely with Housekeeping, other departments, and guests to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork, update guest records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Security: Maintain the security of the hotel and its guests, adhering to all security procedures and protocols.
  • Reporting: Accurately report any incidents, issues, or concerns to the Night Manager and other relevant staff members.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
  • Organizational: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

This role requires working a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
