Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Ensure all guests receive prompt and efficient service, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Communication: Liaise closely with Housekeeping, ensuring accurate information is shared regarding rooms and lost property.
  • Accounting and Cash Handling: Verify the accuracy of account postings and ensure necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain security procedures according to policy and report any safety hazards.
  • Guest Registration and Check-out: Complete guest registration forms accurately and update the computer system accordingly.
  • Meetings and Training: Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions provided.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as requested by the Night Manager, including guest valet parking and completing audit tasks.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with guests.
  • Training and Support: Receive training in front-of-house functions and safety procedures to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Guest Focus: Demonstrate an understanding of the guest's perspective and be able to provide personalized service.
