Assistant Bid Manager

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Bid Manager / Bid Co-Ordinator to join their pre-construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, writing, managing, and facilitating bid opportunities for multi-discipline civil and construction tenders.
The successful candidate will have a key role in the work winning team, working closely with the departmental quality procedures and processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Completing administrative tasks such as governance papers, board reports, and pursuit plans under guidance/supervision.
- Undertaking competitor analysis (where required).
- Reviewing and quality controlling external bid material (including monthly progress reports and customer-facing documents).
- Supporting on preparation of all Pre-Construction requirements as defined within each contract.
- Working within the departmental quality procedures and processes.
- Supporting in achieving compliance for formal tender sign-off and tender pricing data.
- Maintaining working relationships with BD departments and other OpCo's.
The ideal candidate will have good research and writing skills, as well as a good eye for detail and quality of documents. As part of a comprehensive package, the successful candidate will receive a lucrative salary, car, pension, and healthcare.
