Exciting Opportunity for a French Speaking Bid Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid Manager to join our Proposals and Business Development team at Royal HaskoningDHV. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of winning bids for our national and international projects.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the development of bid management plans and lead tender kick-off meetings.
  • Assemble teams of specialist internal staff and external sub-consultants to deliver high-quality bids.
  • Produce written content in English and French to support our clients across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
  • Liaise with our Social Value Director to coordinate, monitor, and report on Social Value delivery across our project portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and excellent command of English.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar bidding or sales role.
  • Qualified in a graphic design or marketing field with a proven ability for creative writing.
  • Experience working on bids for financial institutions is desirable.
  • Membership of APMP or similar is a plus.
