We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Services Manager to join our team at Japan Green Medical Centre Limited. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of patient liaison work, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, experience, and outcomes, in line with the company's vision and goals.
- Collaborate with the Practice Managers, Department heads, and Management to ensure effective communication, coordination, and decision-making.
- Manage and maintain appointment systems, ensuring timely and efficient access to services.
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection, adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Work with the Practice to achieve targets, providing administrative support, and developing the patient liaison team.
- Analyze and interpret patient account data, facilitating payments and resolving issues.
- Implement policies and procedures related to patient services, developing locally appropriate protocols.
- Improve and maintain high standards of patient service, particularly in areas of positive, consistent, and cohesive communication.
- Provide patients and families with information on services, procedures, and protocols.
- Respond to patient complaints, ensuring concerns are handled properly and providing feedback.
- Work towards ensuring quality and value for money for patients, ensuring JGMC's policies are adopted and reviewed as necessary.
- Ensure patient satisfaction is maintained at every opportunity, providing regular feedback and implementing patient surveys.
- Identify recruitment needs and develop plans to ensure the service is appropriately resourced.
- Evaluate, organize, and oversee staff induction and training, ensuring all staff are adequately trained and developed.
- Be involved in human resources/staff management duties, ensuring data is entered efficiently, effectively, and accurately.
- Effect change within the clinic system to enhance the patient experience, suggesting improvements to the present system.
- Ensure security of data information in accordance with the Data Protection Act, JGMC's policies, and other relevant legislation.
