Health and Care Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Health and Care Coordinator to join our team at Dovetail and Slate. The successful candidate will provide essential healthcare support to students, working collaboratively with other support staff to ensure high-quality medical attention.
This is a part-time position (20-25 hours a week), requiring a Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care and experience managing health and care needs or risk assessments. A car and full, clean driving license are also necessary.
The salary for this role is approximately £32,500 per annum, based on a part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
The Health and Care Coordinator will lead health and care support strategies, develop policies, and work with healthcare professionals, families, and students to create health care plans. They will manage and maintain health and care records, share information with appropriate staff and parents, and design and deliver health and care training as needed.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and dedicated to putting students first. Enhanced DBS clearance and a commitment to confidentiality are also required.
