About the Role: In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our female client with complex needs. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will support our client with attending a day centre on a 2:1 basis, assisting with learning disability and epilepsy/seizure management, and providing high-quality care and support to our client.

Responsibilities:

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in patient care or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
