About the Role: As a Disability Assessor, you will play a vital role in evaluating individuals with disabilities or conditions and determining how they affect their work life.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments of individuals, gathering detailed medical histories and performing physical examinations as needed.
  • Produce accurate and comprehensive reports for the DWP to inform benefit eligibility decisions.
  • Maintain sensitivity, compassion, and best practice standards when interacting with clients, whether in person or via telephone/video.

About You: To excel in this position, you will require:

  • NMC Level 1 Registration as an Adult Nurse, with at least 12 months of broad-based clinical experience within the past five years.
  • Experience working with adults in various clinical settings.
  • A commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and ongoing learning.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in using a range of software applications.
  • Self-awareness, focus on professional growth, and a motivation to deliver high-quality customer service.
