About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to lead independent lives.

Your primary responsibility will be to accompany clients on outings, assist with daily tasks, and support them with medical appointments. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Accompanying clients on outings and supporting them in accessing community resources.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £12.00 - 13.52 per hour, with weekly pay.
  • The flexibility of either a zero hour contract or contracted hours.

  • Access to training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a full UK driver's license.
  • Good professional and personal references.
