Job Title:

We are seeking a qualified social worker to join CV-Library's Children with Disabilities team. This role offers flexible working hours and a supportive team culture, enabling the successful candidate to achieve a better work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to support disabled children, their parents, carers, and siblings. They must also be experienced in conducting assessments and carrying out safeguarding risk assessments in a multi-disciplinary environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working in a similar field and hold HCPC registration and a social work degree. Experience in a Children with Disabilities team is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with disabled children
  • Support parents, carers, and siblings of disabled children
  • Conduct relevant assessments
  • Carry out complex safeguarding risk assessments
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must hold a social work degree and be registered with the HCPC. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
