Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Radisson Blu Hotel Bristol. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage department.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example and maintain high standards of service and quality in the food and beverage department.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Monitor and control inventory, ordering and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
