Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are a dynamic team of hospitality professionals at Future Inns, a 4-star hotel chain with locations in South Wales and the South West of England. Our hotels offer a unique blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service, making us an ideal choice for both corporate and leisure guests.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and bars. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing daily tasks, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Manage daily tasks, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor in a food and beverage environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
