About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Future Inns Bristol. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives and implement new initiatives.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor in a food and beverage outlet, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a busy hospitality environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
