About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Future Inns Bristol. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and stock levels to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to plan and execute special events, functions, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or equivalent role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
