A Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) is required to work in Key Stage 1/2 classrooms, providing support to teachers and helping deliver engaging lessons.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification, experience in primary school settings, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and passion for education.
