KS2 Teacher Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated KS2 teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, promoting academic excellence and fostering a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons to students in KS2
  • Assess and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support student growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring a cohesive and effective learning experience for students
  • Provide pastoral support and guidance to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic well-being
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting diversity and respect for all members of the school community
Requirements:
  • QTS and a strong academic record
  • Experience of teaching in a KS2 setting, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
  • A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
