About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to join our team at Redefined Ltd. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of communications plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead and support strategic planning conversations with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to new business pitches, training, and the growth of experimentation throughout the agency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a media role with a focus on strategy and account planning
  • Proven experience with media tools such as GWI, Similarweb, and SEMrush
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
