About the Role
Leidos is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage complex subcontract relationships in support of UK government programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating and administering subcontracts, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and issue solicitation packages to subcontractors, including RFPs and contracts.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals, conduct price and cost analysis, and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Administer subcontracts of varying complexity, including risk management and issue resolution.
  • Interact with program management, contracts, project control, finance, and customers as required.

Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of procurement laws and regulations, including English or Scottish Law.
  • Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Benefits:
Leidos offers a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, and 33 days annual leave.
