Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Subcontract Officer to join our team at Leidos UK & EUROPE. As a Subcontract Officer, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement cycle, including negotiation, evaluation, and administration of subcontracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement and Contracting: Create RFP solicitations, evaluate supplier proposals, conduct price and cost analysis, and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Subcontract Administration: Administer subcontracts of various types and complexity, identify and resolve issues, and perform close-out activities.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as the primary interface between subcontractors and programs, regularly interact with program management, contracts, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree and prior relevant experience, or Master's degree with prior relevant experience.
- Citizenship: Must be a UK citizen.
- Experience: Successful track record of managing subcontracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and working in a fast-paced environment.
