Job Summary

VINCI Facilities is seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Performance team, you will be responsible for assisting Digital Analysts in transforming raw work order data into operational reports, managing various reports, and supporting the performance team with administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Digital Analysts in transforming raw work order data into operational reports using visualization tools (BIRT, Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot, Power View, and Excel)
  • Assist Performance Co-ordinator and Digital Analyst with raw data cleanse
  • Transform cleansed data into reports using visualization tools
  • Assist with the planning and monitoring of Maximo and other digital tools development projects
  • Support the performance team with creation and uploading of regular reports on the electronic management system
  • Maintain digital filing systems (SharePoint)
  • Plan diaries where necessary for the Performance team, including any training workshops
  • Maintain and manage diary schedules where required
  • Support the performance team with administration tasks, such as taking meeting notes
  • Undertake performance analysis and auditing work order data
  • Support and organize various aspects of new projects, such as Maximo reporting upgrades

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Facilities Management environment
  • Must be an experienced Maximo user or similar CAFM system
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-BI, and PowerPoint
