Job Title: Residential Childcare Practitioner

Location: Rotherham, England

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Residential Childcare Practitioner. As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our emergency response settings.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people in our emergency response settings
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people
  • Develop and implement individual programs of care that meet the unique needs of each child or young person
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the welfare and safety of children and young people

Requirements:

  • Level 6 qualification in social work or a related field
  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
