About the Role

The Senior Analytics Implementation Engineer will play a key role in supporting UNiDAYS product, engineering, and marketing goals through maintaining and improving digital data capture. This includes working with engineering teams to implement tracking solutions, collaborating with marketing teams on MarTech platforms, and leading data governance for digital data capture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and write digital data requirements for digital journeys and features based on business needs, working with engineering teams to ensure correct implementation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver or consult on Marketing Technology platforms, including Google Tag Manager.
  • Lead on data governance for digital data capture, working with analysts and engineering teams to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Maintain and improve data capture documentation to enhance self-service for analysts and monitor technical analytical debt.
  • Work with engineering teams on key projects, including developing new measurement approaches and standards.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with engineering teams on tracking solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to translate stakeholder requirements into engineering-friendly solutions.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with Firebase, Google Tag Manager, and digital analytics platforms.
  • A solid understanding of marketing technology principles and data pipelines.
