Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement across The Hoxton, Working From_, Hyde and Morgans Originals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create compelling email campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive business results.
  • Work closely with the Design Studio to craft visually appealing and effective email designs that balance brand and functionality.
  • Define and implement a data-driven approach to segment and target our audience, ensuring we reach the right people at the right time.
  • Grow our customer databases through strategic outreach and engagement, leveraging local databases to drive new business.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, leveraging data to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute new customer acquisition strategies across all channels, demonstrating a clear understanding of a well-executed marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with Digital Product to ensure seamless customer journeys and share behavioral insights.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and security.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and Head of Brand & Content to develop lifecycle campaigns across all digital marketing channels.
  • Lead the development and implementation of our referral scheme, MentionMe, to foster brand advocacy and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in CRM marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Revinate or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong ecommerce focus, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive business results.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and thinking creatively to solve complex problems.
  • Eye for intuitive design and user experience, with the ability to craft compelling email campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
