As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising and organizing all staff within your area of responsibility, integrating catering service rotas, and creating SOPs for efficient operations.

Main Duties:

  • To supervise and organize all staff within the job holder's area of responsibility.
  • To integrate catering service rotas and create SOPs for efficient operations.
  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • To work closely with the management team to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives.
  • To maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
