Job Title: Front of House Food and Beverage Manager

Metropolitan Gaming Group is a leading gaming and leisure brand that offers exceptional experiences to its guests. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. They will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining efficient systems and processes to ensure seamless service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise front of house staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety and food safety standards.
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
