About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at a busy volume franchised car dealership in the Oxford area. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that their vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet service customers, identifying their service requirements and any opportunities for upsell
  • Communicate all details to the workshop in a concise manner
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the service they receive
  • Work under pressure and to tight deadlines, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and on the telephone
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Outgoing and confident personality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
