{"h2": "About the Role", "p": "As a Duty Manager at Colas Rail, you will be responsible for leading the IM Control and Resource Team in real-time to ensure safe operation and delivery of Colas Rail IM & VIU Services. You will work closely with the Duty Manager Team Leader and Colas Rail Business Delivery Manager IM to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include taking lead during service disruptions, managing resource shortfalls, and attending daily fleet conferences. You will also be responsible for collating and distributing daily IM performance figures and Colas Rail IM Daily Log.

If you have a strong understanding of Network Rail Access Conditions, RSSB GERM8000, and UK Rail Network, and are competent in rostering train crew and ground staff, we encourage you to apply.
