About the Role

As a Care Professional at iCare Solutions, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals in their domestic settings. You will assess the care needs of service users, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs. Your role will involve encouraging and assisting service users to achieve maximum independence, as well as administering medications and providing personal and practical care.

Requirements

This role requires a driving license and the ability to use your own vehicle. You will also need to have an enhanced CRB check. We offer free training opportunities to our carers, including NVQ L1, L2, and L3, as well as Moving and Handling, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Dementia, Medication, and First Aid.

What We Offer

We provide our carers with uniforms, hand sanitizers, and PPE. You will have the opportunity to work full-time or part-time hours and enjoy competitive hourly rates of £8.00-£8.50. Plus, you will receive holiday pay. We are looking for strong carers with experience in Community or Home Care to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent standards of care to individuals in a domestic setting.
    • Assess the care needs to address the physical, psychological, and social needs of the service users.
    • Encourage and assist service users to achieve optimum independence.
    • Administration of medications (where applicable).
    • Supporting with personal and practical care, plus health-related tasks.
