About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Business Partner to join our Land and Planning team at Gleeson Development Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our business externally and securing new business through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the Land and Planning team's objectives.
  • Prepare high-quality marketing materials, including site-specific brochures and templates for external documents.
  • Refresh and create new marketing materials, such as brochures and digital content.
  • Manage our online presence, including advertising and social media.
  • Coordinate events and activities to promote our business.
  • Support the planning team with local plan reps, public consultations, and social media outreach.

Requirements:

  • Proven marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the planning system and housing market.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills, with experience in producing collateral and social media content.
  • Strong stakeholder management and team player skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UK driving license.
