About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Business Partner to join our Land and Planning team at Gleeson Development Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our business externally and securing new business through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the Land and Planning team's objectives.
  • Prepare high-quality marketing materials, including site-specific brochures and templates for external documents.
  • Refresh and create new marketing materials, such as brochures and online content.
  • Manage our online presence, including advertising and social media.
  • Research and propose events for the Land and Planning team to participate in.
  • Maintain and improve our website, including news pages.
  • Liaise with our Corporate PR consultants to create a social media strategy.
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activity and identify opportunities for us.
  • Manage the marketing budget and provide regular reporting on activity and costs.

Support to the Planning Team:

  • Assist with Local Plan Representatives, formatting documents and coordinating events.
  • Coordinate public consultations events, preparing and printing materials, and presenting to external stakeholders.
  • Post positive planning news to social media outlets.

Requirements:

  • Proactive marketeer with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of the planning system and housing marketing is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent writing skills and experience in producing collateral.
  • Experience in writing social media posts and using graphics packages.
  • Great stakeholder management and team player skills.
  • UK driving license.
