About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Business Partner to join our Land and Planning team at Gleeson Development Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business externally and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business externally and secure new business opportunities.
  • Support the Land and Planning team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the wider regional teams to deliver strong, positive corporate branding.
  • Prepare site-specific brochures and supporting materials for Land Bids.
  • Create high-quality templates for external documents, including Planning Strategy, Marketing Strategy, and Cost Reports.
  • Refresh and create new marketing materials, including brochures and digital content.
  • Manage our online presence, including advertising and social media.
  • Research and propose events for the Gleeson Land team to participate in.
  • Maintain and improve our website, including news pages.
  • Liaise with our Corporate PR consultants to create a strategy and manage social media pages.
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activity and highlight opportunities for us.
  • Take responsibility for the Marketing budget and provide reporting on all activity and costs.

Requirements:

  • Proactive marketeer with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of the planning system and housing marketing is desirable but not essential.
  • Good writing skills and experience in producing collateral.
  • Experience of writing social media posts.
  • Experience using graphics packages.
  • Great stakeholder management and team player skills.
  • UK driving licence.
