Job Summary

Gleeson Development Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Business Partner to join their Land and Planning team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to deliver strong, positive corporate branding and work collaboratively with the wider regional teams.

The successful candidate will support the Land and Planning team by identifying and implementing marketing strategies to promote the business externally and help secure new business through digital and hard copy marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare site-specific brochures to support Land Bids
  • Create high-quality templates for all external documents, including Planning Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Cost Reports, and Landowner updates
  • Refresh marketing materials, such as existing brochures and create new ones

External:

  • Create, implement, and manage online and magazine advertising
  • Create, execute, and manage events
  • Strategize which organizations to be a member of and how to engage with them
  • Research and propose events beneficial for the Land team to participate in
  • Maintain and improve the website, including news pages
  • Liaise with Corporate PR consultants to create a strategy and manage social media pages
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activity and highlight opportunities
  • Take responsibility and accountability for the Marketing budget and provide reporting on all activity and costs

Requirements:

  • Proactive marketeer with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Understanding of the planning system and housing marketing is helpful but not essential
  • Good writing skills and experience in producing collateral
  • Experience in writing social media posts
  • Experience using graphics packages
  • Great stakeholder management
  • Great team player
  • Can-do attitude
  • UK driving license
