Job Description:

This key position involves building staff 'buy-in' to HSE by developing a robust training and HSE documentation system. The successful candidate will attain a balance between strong administrative tasks and being visible on site.

Duties:

  • Create RAMS to ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
  • Promote a safety-first culture through effective communication and leadership.
  • Conduct inductions and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage PPE and signage to prevent workplace hazards.
  • Provide toolbox talks to enhance staff understanding of health and safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nebosh or equivalent qualifications are essential for this role.
  • Firm but personable communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with staff.
  • Resilience, patience, and a driving licence are also required for success in this position.
