Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Body Repair Expert to join our team at Challender Recruitment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of damage and create detailed repair plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and insurance companies through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Source and procure necessary parts and materials for repairs, ensuring efficient project management.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, and regularly inspect equipment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in an Accident Repair Centre or similar environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle repair methodologies, materials, and associated costs, enabling the creation of accurate repair plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and insurance companies.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license is essential for this role.

Compensation Package:

  • An annual salary ranging from £42,000 to £52,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
