Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Lifecycle Operations Lead to join our team at Integral UK LTD. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for overseeing lifecycle operations, ensuring smooth collaboration between regional Account Directors, the Divisional Director, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lifecycle plans that align with business objectives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum budget utilization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, negotiating work packages to secure best value for money.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work in progress, guarantee quality standards, and address any issues promptly.
  • Promote a culture of safety, adhering to regulatory requirements and encouraging compliance among site teams.
  • Compile and present reports to senior management, highlighting lifecycle spend against budget and potential areas for improvement.

Salary and Benefits
A salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum is available for this position, depending on your experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
