Job Summary

Cibes Lift UK is seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by increasing the number of quotations produced for each of our Sales Areas in the UK.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification: Follow up, evaluate, and qualify incoming leads to determine their potential as qualified sales opportunities.
  • Customer Interaction: Initiate contact with prospective clients to gather necessary information, understand their requirements, and provide preliminary information about our products and services.
  • Lift Quote Generation: Build accurate and competitive lift quotes that meet customer specifications and requirements via our online tool Lift Quoter.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to provide them with the necessary support, including follow-up on quotations, additional information requests, order processing, and appointment scheduling.
  • CRM Management: Utilise our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage leads, quotations, and client interactions.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in a similar role in sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients find the best solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite including Dynamics 365 & Business Central.

Desirable: Knowledge of lift industry products and terminology.
