Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Create designs following established procedures, including concept development, component selection, electronic circuit design, PCB design, and prototype testing.
  • Technical Proposals: Review customer specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive technical proposals.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotations, respond to technical inquiries, and participate in technical meetings.
  • Production Support: Facilitate the transition of designs from R&D to New Product Introduction (NPI) and production, including testing and fault finding.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to all aspects of the design and manufacturing process, supporting initiatives for continual improvement.
  • Supplier Interaction: Engage with suppliers to discuss requirements as necessary.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the design and development of power supply products, with a particular focus on innovative solutions for the aerospace & defence, medical, oil & gas, utilities, and industrial markets.
