Lead Capacity Planner Role:
We're looking for an experienced professional to fill this challenging position. As a Bureau Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional results, planning and scheduling operational colleagues, creating short-term capacity plans, maximising resource, optimising call routing processes, benchmarking capacity planning activities, guiding senior leaders, acknowledging changes, and producing action plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of resourcers.
  • Planning and scheduling of operational colleagues.
  • Creating short-term capacity plans.
  • Maximising resource.
  • Optimising call routing processes.
  • Benchmarking capacity planning activities.
  • Guiding senior leaders.
  • Acknowledging changes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a capacity planning role.
  • Demonstrable experience in statistics, forecasting, and management information methods.
  • Experience building capacity/forecasting models and plans.
  • Strong IT systems knowledge and skills.
  • Commercial and financial awareness.
  • Highly developed numeracy and statistical skills.
