We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at BrewDog Retail Limited. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar and kitchen, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of experienced staff, including management and crew members
  • Oversee the financial performance of the bar and kitchen, including managing the P&L and making informed decisions to drive growth and profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and developed to provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
