We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse to join our clinical team at Ashtead Hospital.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the wider clinical team.
  2. Support colleagues to achieve our goals, promoting a positive work culture.
  3. Identify areas for development and implement changes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Maintain accurate records, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council).
  • Strong organization skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
