FP&A Transformation Manager Position

Hays Senior Finance is recruiting an FP&A Transformation Manager to join a dynamic tech company based in London. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and optimising financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global forecasting strategy to drive business growth.
  • Lead the streamlining of financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have ACA or ACCA Qualifications, at least 5 years of FP&A experience, and a strong background in Oracle and advanced analytics tools.
