Director of eDiscovery and Data Strategy

About the Role:
Acttif is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to join our Legal eDiscovery & Data Advisory team as an Associate Director. This is a pivotal role that requires a strong understanding of eDiscovery concepts, technology, and legal frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead eDiscovery reviews for our Legal stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key business and functional stakeholders, providing expert advice on eDiscovery and data management.
- Develop and implement effective eDiscovery strategies, aligning with our Risk Management Framework.
- Collaborate with external service providers to execute managed document reviews.
- Support the development of proportionate Legal data review methodologies and provide expert solutions.
- Ensure eDiscovery practices are carried out in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Head of eDiscovery, Operations & Analytics, in collating management information and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Experience in eDiscovery, with a proven ability to manage large Legal or Investigation eDiscovery matters.
- Strong understanding of eDiscovery concepts, technology, and legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess competing priorities and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience across the whole Electronic Data Reference Model (EDRM).
