About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Legal eDiscovery & Data Advisory team. As a key member of our in-house team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a successful data journey for our Investigation, Litigation & Regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale eDiscovery projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including lawyers, investigators, and external service providers.
  • Provide expert advice on eDiscovery concepts, technology, and best practices to support our legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our Head of eDiscovery, Operations & Analytics to ensure the function remains aligned to our Risk Management Framework.
  • Support the development of proportionate Legal data review methodologies and provide expert solutions to support our matters.
  • Assist in the execution of data collections from our systems in a quality-controlled and documented manner.
  • Ensure our eDiscovery practice is carried out in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for the execution of matters on our Relativity eDiscovery review platform and provide training to other members of the function as needed.
  • Support the collation of management information, ensuring relevant data is provided to all key internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in the eDiscovery space, with a proven track record of managing large-scale eDiscovery projects.
  • Excellent understanding of eDiscovery concepts, technology, and best practices.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in the use of Relativity and other eDiscovery review systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital forensic practices and Legal Project Management.
