About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead our eDiscovery team as the Head of eDiscovery Operations. As a key member of our Commercial and Technical team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and technical aspects of our eDiscovery services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of our eDiscovery services, including client liaison, partner liaison, sales, business development, and marketing.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of our eDiscovery services, including technical project team management, technical escalation, and technical support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our eDiscovery services.
  • Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders, management, and external clients to ensure seamless delivery of our eDiscovery services.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial and technical experience in eDiscovery, with a good understanding of the full EDRM.
  • Technical expertise in Relativity and Relativity Analytics, with certifications preferred.
  • Experience working with consultancy/service provider and law firms, with a strong understanding of TAR, CAL, Predictive coding, and other eDiscovery tools.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior internal stakeholders, management, and external clients.

Desirable Skills:

  • SQL and Python programming skills.
  • Knowledge of other eDiscovery tools for review, data processing, and analytics.
  • Experience in Legal and LegalTech, Big Data and Data Analytics, Fraud, and Risk management.
