- Developing and implementing individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND/SEMH needs
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of support
- Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
