Village Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leisure Membership Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring a perfect match between our facilities and services and the needs of our potential new members.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet potential new members, understanding their individual needs and wants, and tailoring your service and communication to meet their expectations.
- Provide expert advice on our facilities and services, ensuring that our members achieve their fitness goals.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
