We are seeking confident and driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a target-driven environment, where you will meet with prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services. We offer in-depth training to ensure you have quality conversations with customers from the get-go and set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep to deliver excellent service and sell our products
  • Work in a target-driven environment to achieve sales targets
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions), with uncapped commission potential. Our top advisors earn £50k - £70k per year. We also offer a car allowance, 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off. Plus, the option to buy and sell 5 days' leave, to suit your personal needs.

Requirements
  • A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors
  • A positive, winning attitude
  • The self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets, the ability to think on your feet when handling objections, and the resilience to deal with rejections
