About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Recruiter to join our team at Capita RPP. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering attraction and recruiting activities in a defined area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interviewing and Candidate Management: Conduct interviews with candidates and provide support throughout their bespoke recruitment journey.
  • Event Management: Attend and lead attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers and work with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small team of recruiters and provide guidance and support to ensure the team is meeting its targets.
  • Data Analysis: Assess, interpret, and report data to inform recruitment activities and improve processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain awareness of current market trends to inform recruitment activities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership or supervisory experience is essential for this role.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Knowledge or experience of recruitment processes is highly desirable.
  • Self-Starter: A self-starter with a driven and motivated attitude is required to succeed in this role.
  • Target-Oriented: Experienced in working to set targets and achieving results.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiator with people influencing skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexible work attitude and willingness to travel to meet the needs of the business.
