Job Summary:

Tiger Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in a strategic advisory role. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • HR Policy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
