Job Title: Waking Nights Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to our young people, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that our young people receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Support our young people to develop their independence skills, promoting their autonomy and self-confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our care and support services, ensuring that they are person-centered and responsive to the needs of our young people.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential childcare or a related field.
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People's Award or equivalent.
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Driver's license (company vehicle provided during working hours).
